Realize most of your problems are going to be solved just by being grateful. During this workout remind yourself of what your grateful for. There are more things going on in your life right now that you have to be grateful for. Sure, life is not perfect. There are not so good things that occur. But you know what? Your outlook on life determines how you are impacted by life. You have the power to change the atmosphere simply by being grateful. Start by showing appreciation for your body.
