During this workout, set an intention to be kind to yourself. It’s easy to be hard on yourself, it takes discipline to be take care of yourself. Exercising is a great tool to do just that. Doing the inner work also means pampering yourself.  You deserve to rest. You deserve to have fun. Do the work to find and enjoy your happy place.  When you commit to doing the inner work, you will discover inner strength that you didn’t realize you had.
