MESSAGE OF THE DAY: BE PRESENT
During this workout, set an intention to be present. Yes, this is a reminder of how necessary it is for you to be in the moment. If you were driving a car or even playing a video game, you would have to be focused on what you are doing in order to succeed or avoid crashing. When we do not pay attention to our bodies, minds, and emotions, we do risk crashing or what is known as burnout. This fitness challenge can help you develop a routine to avoid burnout.
During every movement, listen to your breath, tap into your five senses, and really connect with how your body feels. Realize when you are more present you can make more of an effort. This is in every aspect of life. Break a sweat, push your limits, and most importantly don’t take any moment for granted. Live in your now moment!
